Getting started
- Make sure your phone or laptop is on your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (the device doesn't use 5 GHz).
- First time only: open First-time Wi-Fi setup, enter your Wi-Fi password and set up the device so it joins your network.
- Tap Scan, pick your device, then Connect box control.
- Choose a mode. Audio streaming appears when the box is in an Audio mode.

Which devices does it work with?
MK-312 / MK-312BT boxes fitted with the compatible Wi-Fi audio-and-control link.
Which platforms?
Android and Windows today. iOS may follow later.
Why does it need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
The device's Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only, and the Wi-Fi set-up (ESPTouch) has to be sent from a phone/laptop that's also on 2.4 GHz. If your network shows separate 2.4 and 5 GHz names, connect to the 2.4 GHz one for setup.
What audio can I stream?
WAV, MP3, OGG and FLAC, from your phone or PC, in full CD-quality PCM straight to the box — with a live stereo meter, loop and transport controls.
How do firmware updates work?
They're delivered over Wi-Fi from the app — open Firmware & device and choose Update firmware. Keep the app open until it finishes; the device reboots itself.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers audio streaming and all the core box control. The one-time £9.99 Pro unlock adds split-channel modes and the full advanced parameter set, with more power features on the way.
I paid for Pro but it's locked on a new phone.
Open the upgrade prompt and choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same Google account you bought it with.
Scan can't find my device.
Check the device is powered and on the same 2.4 GHz network as your phone/laptop. Some routers block devices from seeing each other ("AP/client isolation") — turn that off for your network if needed.
Audio drops out.
Usually Wi-Fi signal — move closer to the router or reduce interference. If it happens on your PC only when opening a file dialog, make sure you're on the latest app version.
Audio stops when my phone screen locks.
Grant the notification permission so the media notification can run, and if your phone has aggressive battery optimisation (common on Samsung/Xiaomi), set MK-312 Remote to Unrestricted battery use.
